Baked Snapper Sioux-Z-Wow's Saucy Nickname is Dapper Snapper

4 sm. Snapper fillets
8 T. Sioux Z Wow Marinade
2 T. Fresh Tarragon
To Marinate: Wash fish & pat dry.
Drizzle with Sioux Z Wow. Place in a zip top bag & marinate 1 hour. To Cook: Bake 10-12 min. or grill over hot coals 4-5 min. per side. To Serve: Garnish with chopped tarragon. Serve with rice & steamed garden vegetables . De-e-e-lish!!!!!!!
