Grilled Fish

Fabulous Fish On The Grill
Serves 4
This recipe makes: Sassy Sword, Spicy Shark, Tasty Tuna, Crazy Catfish, Haute Halibut.
4 Fish Fillets or Steaks (6-8 oz. each)
1 C. Sioux Z Wow Gourmet Marinade
Fresh Herbs for Garnish
To Marinate: Rinse fish and pat dry. Put fish in a zip top bag. Drizzle with Sioux Z Wow. Marinate for 30 minutes.
To Grill: Preheat grill. Brush grill or wire basket with vegetable oil. Place fish 4-6 inches above hot coals. Grill 5-7 min. per side, depending on the thickness of the fillet.
To Serve: Garnish each serving with fresh parsley, dill or cilantro.
