with Sioux Z Wow Demi Glace
Serves 4
4 Veal Chops, 6-8oz. each
8 oz. Demi-Glace
8 oz. Sioux Z Wow Marinade
To Marinate: Prepare Demi-Glace and mix in Sioux Z Wow. Place in a zip top bag with chops for 2 hrs. To Cook: Remove chops from bag and grill about 4 min. per side, (depending on thickness). Baste with marinade mixture. To Serve: Heat the remaining marinade mixture to garnish chops on plates. Serve with rice pilaf.
