13 Jul Bean Salad with Confetti Peppers & Mediterr-asian Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 can Cannellini Beans (15oz)
- ¼ cup Red Onion diced
- 1 Red Pepper diced
- 1 Orange pepper diced
- 1 Yellow Pepper diced
- 1 bulb Fennel thinly sliced
- 4 Green Onions sliced, green only
- ¾ cup Mediterr-Asian dressing
Dressing:
- ½ cup Sioux Z Wow Marinade
- 1.4 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 8 sprigs Italian Parsley *
- 4 leaves Kaffir Lime washed and chiffonade

- Mix all ingredients.
To Serve:
- Toss with Mediterr-Asian dressing.
