03 Aug Beef Steak with Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients
- 3-4 lb. 3” Boneless Sirloin Steak
- 1 C. Sioux Z Wow Marinade
- 3 T. Butter melted
- 3 T. Worcestershire
- ¼ C. Brown Onion chopped
For Mushroom Sauce
- 1 lb. Fresh button mushrooms cleaned, trimmed, sliced
- ¼ C. Sioux Z Wow Marinade
- 1 C. Heavy Cream
- 2 T. Butter
- 1 T. Worcestershire

Instructions
To Cook:
- Preheat oven to 450F.
- Put steak in oven proof skillet and sear on all sides on stove top or under broiler.
- Combine butter, Sioux Z Wow, Worcestershire and onion and pour mixture over steak.
- Bake uncovered 25 min. for rare.
For Mushroom Sauce:
- While the steak is baking, saute mushrooms in butter (2 min.) until lightly browned.
- Add Worcestershire, Sioux Z Wow, and cream and cook over med. heat until slightly thickened (about 15 min.).
To Serve:
- Remove steak from oven. Let stand for 2-3min. S
- lice and serve with mushroom sauce over the top.
