04 Aug Orange Ginger Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup Sioux Z Wow Marinade
- 1 cup Orange Juice
- ½ cup honey
- 1 T. Fresh Ginger minced
- 1 T. Orange Zest
- ¼ cup Bourbon optional

Instructions
To Make:
- Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, stirring.
- Reduce heat and simmer uncovered approximately 40 min.
- If using, now add the bourbon.
Serving Suggestions:
- An excellent glaze for a baked ham, or for a roasted duck or game hens.
- Whip into mashed yams.
- Orange Ginger Sauce is delightful as a dipping sauce for wontons.
- Toss with steamed carrots or serve as a side sauce with green beans.
- Brush lightly on asparagus or summer squash.
