04 Aug Bean Salad with Confetti Peppers & Mediterr-asian Dressing
Ingredients
- ½ cup Sioux Z Wow Marinade
- ¼ cup Rice Wine Vinegar
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 8 sprigs Italian Parsley cleaned, stemmed and chopped
- 4 Kaffir Lime Leaves washed and chiffonade (Try substituting Kaffir Lime Leaves with the zest of a Lime)

- Mix all ingredients well.
Serving Suggestions:
- A bold yet well balanced dressing that complements the Confetti Peppers and Tuscan Bean Salad.
- Also an excellent dressing sprinkled lightly over European Greens or more generously over shredded cabbage for an exciting cold slaw.
- Drizzle over a wedge of steamed cabbage garnished with chopped green onion for a hot salad.
