04 Aug Chicken Salad with Balsamic Vinegar
        Ingredients    
                - 2 lbs. Chicken Thighs boneless/skinless
 - 12 T. Sioux Z Wow Marinade
 - 1 T. Olive oil
 - 1 bag Salad Greens
 - 8 Cherry Tomatoes
 - 1 T. Balsamic Vinegar

        Instructions    
                
        To Marinate:    
                - Place thighs in Sioux Z Wow and olive oil for several hours.
 - Grill, bake or broil until just done.
 - Chop into bite size pieces. (Even easier, use rotisserie chicken tossed in SZW).
 
        To Assemble:     
                - Place greens in large salad bowl.
 - Scatter chicken on top & add tomatoes. Sprinkle balsamic over your salad and salt and pepper to taste.
 - Toss gently and serve immediately.
