31 Jul Grilled or Baked Swordfish, Shark, Cod or Halibut
Ingredients
- 4 Filet Fish (5-8 oz. each)
- 1 C. Sioux Z Wow Marinade
- 1 T. Olive oil with Halibut

Instructions
To Marinate:
- Rinse fish and pat dry.
- Put fish in a zip top bag and pour in Sioux Z Wow. Marinate for 30-60 min.
To Bake:
- Heat oven to 350 F
- Lightly coat a baking dish with vegetable oil and place fish in dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
To Serve:
- Garnish each serving with fresh parsley, dill, basil or cilantro.
