24 Nov Margarita Turkey Fettuccine
Ingredients
- 3 Pkgs. Fresh Fettuccine 9 oz. each
- 2 T. Butter
- 4 C. Cooked Turkey cubed
- 2 T. Gold Tequila
- 1 Lime juiced
- 1 Btl. Sioux Z Wow Gourmet Marinade
- 1 1/2 C. Heavy Cream
- 1 Red Pepper thinly sliced
- 1 Yellow Pepper thinly sliced
- 1 Green pepper thinly sliced
- 4 Green Onions sliced

Instructions
To Make:
- Melt butter in a saucepan. (Meanwhile, Boil salted water and cook pasta al dente. Drain and keep warm.)
- Add turkey and heat through.
- Add Sioux Z Wow, lime juice, tequila and cream. Stir and bring to a full simmer. Cook until sauce begins to thicken.
- Add peppers and cook until peppers are slightly limp and sauce is thick and creamy.
To Serve:
- Portion pasta into bowls or plates. Pour sauce over the warn fettuccine and toss.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot!
