02 Mar Turkey Chili with Black Beans
        Ingredients    
                
        Turkey Chili    
                - 2 T. Olive oil
 - 1 lg. Onion coarsely chopped
 - 3 cups Cooked Turkey shredded or chopped
 - 1/2 cups Sioux Z Wow Chile Marinade
 - 1 1/2 cups Sassy Black Beans* Shredded
 - 1/2 t. Dried Oregano
 - 1 t. Chili Powder
 - 1 t. Ground Cumin
 - 4 cups Thick Tomato Sauce grated
 - Salt and Pepper to taste
 
        *Sassy Black Beans    
                - 1 lb. Black Beans soaked in water overnight and drained
 - 2 cans Chicken Broth (14 1/2 oz.)
 - 1 cups Sioux Z Wow Gourmet Marinade

        Instructions    
                
        To Make Chili    
                - Mix turkey with Sioux Z Wow Marinade in a bowl and let stand.
 - Heat olive oil in a soup kettle.
 - Add onions and cook over medium heat until tender.
 - Add oregano, chili powder and cumin. Stir well.
 - Add tomato sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook uncovered for 20 min.
 - Add marinated turkey and Sassy Black Beans (see recipe below) and heat through.
 - Serve piping hot with cornbread. Can be garnished with any or all of the following: sour cream, chopped onion, grated cheddar cheese.
 
        To Make Sassy Black Beans:    
                - Put black beans, Sioux Z Wow and chicken broth in a large saucepan.
 - Cook over medium heat for 1 1/2 hours until beans are tender.
