09 Jul Tuna Tar tare with Fresh Ginger on Daikon Radish
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ahi Tuna, Sushi grade chopped
- 1 tbsp Sioux Z Wow Marinade
- 1 tbsp Ginger, minced
- ½ Lemon juiced
- 1/8 tsp Five Spice Powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 Daikon Radish or Cucumber *
- 8 Parsley stems chopped

Instructions
To Make:
- Combine Sioux Z Wow, ginger, lemon juice, and Five Spice Powder.
- Add Tuna. Season with salt and pepper. Chill 1 hr.
To Serve:
- Place a small portion of Tuna Tartare in the middle of each veggie disk.
- Scatter parsley over the serving platter.
