03 Aug Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Exotic Fruit Chutney
Ingredients
- 1 Pork Tenderloins about 1+ lbs.
- ½ C. Sioux Z Wow
- 2 T. Olive oil
- 1/2 C. White Wine
- 1/2 C. Chicken Broth

Instructions
To Marinate:
- In a zip top bag, marinate tenderloin in Sioux Z Wow Marinade at least overnight or even for 2-3 days.
To Cook:
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sear tenderloins on all sides. Line a baking pan with foil.
- Place seared tenderloins in the baking dish and cover the bottom with the wine and chicken broth.
- Bake at 400 F for about 10-12 minutes (147 F internal).
To Serve:
- Place tenderloins on a cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Plate and serve with Sioux Z Wow Exotic Fruit Chutney.
