Instructions
To Make Chili
  1. Mix turkey with Sioux Z Wow Marinade in a bowl and let stand.
  2. Heat olive oil in a soup kettle.
  3. Add onions and cook over medium heat until tender.
  4. Add oregano, chili powder and cumin. Stir well.
  5. Add tomato sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook uncovered for 20 min.
  6. Add marinated turkey and Sassy Black Beans (see recipe below) and heat through.
  7. Serve piping hot with cornbread. Can be garnished with any or all of the following: sour cream, chopped onion, grated cheddar cheese.
To Make Sassy Black Beans:
  1. Put black beans, Sioux Z Wow and chicken broth in a large saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat for 1 1/2 hours until beans are tender.

To Make:
  1. Cook black beans in Sioux Z Wow and chicken broth over med. heat for 1½ hours or until tender, (add water if necessary).
  2. Let beans cool then drain. In a lg. mixing bowl, combine beans, corn, onion, tomatillo and peppers.
  3. Chill for several hours.
Serving Suggestions:
  1. Add chopped cilantro and garnish.
  2. Serve on a plate as a salad, in a bowl with tortilla chips for a scoop or over a baked potato.
  3. A mouth watering snack, side dish or a whole meal.

To Make:
  1. Heat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Wash the potatoes and pat dry with paper towel. Rub potatoes with butter on all sides and bake for 1 hour.
  3. Mix together the tomatoes, onion, tomato juice olive oil, Sioux Z Wow and oregano. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Set aside while potatoes finish baking.
To Assemble:
  1. When the potatoes are done, cut them in half lengthwise and crush the 'meat' with a fork.
  2. Top with the tomato mixture generously. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and place in the oven at 500 F for 3 min.
To Serve:
  1. While piping hot,serve with a green salad and your favorite cold beverage.
