Turkey, Lamb or Beef Meat Balls in a Spicy Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs. Turkey, Lamb or Beef Ground
  • 2 cups Sioux Z Wow Marinade
  • 1 cups Seasoned Bread crumbs
  • 1 cups Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cups White wine or chicken broth

Method
 

To Make Meatballs:
  1. Mix ground meat with 1 C. Sioux Z Wow. Add breadcrumbs and blend.
  2. Add Parmesan and blend. Form 1” balls with melon baller or spoon.
  3. Bake on a cookie sheet at 350F for 30 min.
To Serve:
  1. In a saucepan or chafing dish, stir together 1 C. Sioux Z Wow and wine or broth.
  2. Add meatballs.
  3. Heat thoroughly. Garnish (chopped fresh parsley, mint or oregano) and serve with toothpicks. (Even easier use frozen meatballs).

Stuffed Shrimp in the Shell

Sioux-Z-Wow's Saucy Nickname is Fat & Sassy Stuffed Shrimp
Servings: 4 People
Course: Appetizer, Main Dish

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ lb. Jumbo Shrimp
  • 10 T. Sioux Z Wow Marinade
  • 2 T. Olive Oil
  • 4 Green Onions sliced
  • 1 sm. Red Pepper diced
  • ½ Can Water Chestnuts chopped
  • 6 Marinated Artichoke Hearts diced
  • ¾ C. Seasoned Bread crumbs
  • ¾ C. Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 6 Strips Crisp Bacon crumbled
  • 12 Sprigs Parsley

Method
 

To Marinate:
  1. Cut each shrimp with scissors down the back & devein.
  2. Spread shell but keep attached.
  3. Place in zip top bag. Marinate in 8 T. SZW for 2 hrs.
To Prep:
  1. In a sauté pan, heat oil & 2 T. of SZW. Sauté onion and red pepper 2-3 min.
  2. Add artichoke hearts & water chestnuts. Mix well & heat through.
  3. Add breadcrumbs & Parmesan cheese. Remove from heat.
  4. If dry, add 1T. artichoke marinade. Add parsley & bacon. Mix well.
To Assemble:
  1. Spread shrimp shell & place a spoon of stuffing into either side. Gently press shell together.
To Cook:
  1. Place on a baking sheet and cook under broiler for 5 min. (shells will turn pink).
To Serve:
  1. Serve as appetizers or as an entree on a bed of yellow rice with garlic green beans & a good Bordeaux.
