Instructions
To Marinate:
  1. In a zip top bag, marinate salmon fillet in Sioux Z Wow Marinade 1- 3 hrs or over night.
To Make The Silk:
  1. Whisk together the Sioux Z Wow and Mayonnaise until blended into a thin paste.
To Cook:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Cover a baking sheet with foil. Remove salmon from marinade bag and place the fillet skin side down on the baking sheet.
  3. Spoon the Sioux Z Wow Silk over the salmon, being sure to cover all parts.
  4. Bake 15 to 20 minutes depending on the thickness of the fillet.
  5. Note: You may grill the fillet by placing it skin side down on a hot grill.
  6. Close the lid on the grill and cook for 8 to 12 minutes depending on the thickness of the fillet. If the skin is on, slide the spatula between the skin and the flesh and lift the fillet from the skin.
To Serve Hot:
  1. Let Salmon rest for about 5 minutes while it finishes cooking.
  2. With a large spatula, lift the whole fillet and place on a serving platter.
  3. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges and serve.
To Serve Cold:
  1. Same as above. Before garnishing, cover with plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
  2. Stick toothpicks vertically in the salmon so that the covering will not stick to the sauce.
  3. Garnish and serve whole on a platter or plate and garnish individual servings.
