Instructions
To Make Tostada:
  1. On four separate dishes, place one of the tortillas. Spread ½ cup of Sassy Black Beans* on each tortilla.
  2. Top each tostada with lettuce, tomato and turkey. Divide guacamole to form the next layer on each creation.
  3. Drizzle 1T. Sioux Z Wow over the guacamole on each plate. Garnish each with sour cream and shredded cheese.
To Make Sassy Black Beans:
  1. Wash beans in a colander then soak in a bowl with 5+ cups of water overnight. (make certain beans are generously covered with water).
  2. Drain beans and put in a large pot. Add Sioux Z Wow and chicken broth.
  3. Cover and bring to a soft boil. Cook for 1 ½ hour or until beans are tender adding water if liquid get too scarce.
To Serve:
  1. Serve immediately…especially with a side dish of Sioux Z Wow for more flair!!

To Make:
  1. In a skillet, over medium heat, bring 2oz each of chicken broth and wine to a simmer.
  2. Sauté onion. Add garlic, green pepper, ginger, carrot and celery and cook for 5 minutes adding more liquid as needed.
  3. Add broccoli and cook 2 min. Add tomatoes, water chestnuts and mushrooms and cook 5 min.
  4. Add Sioux Z Wow Marinade. Mix well. Heat through. Cook Pasta al dente.
To Serve:
  1. Place pasta in a bowl and pour sauce over the pasta.
  2. Sprinkle chopped cilantro or parsley and the sliced red pepper over the top and serve with parmesan cheese.

To Marinate:
  1. Dice the chicken and place in a zip top bag. Add 4 oz of Sioux Z Wow. Close the bag and move the chicken around to cover all surfaces.
  2. Let marinate for 1-3 hours refrigerated.
To Prepare:
  1. Clean and arrange in serving bowls: lettuce, onions, cheese, tomatoes, basil and cilantro.
  2. Prepare the tortillas by warming in the oven or microwave while cooking the chicken.
To Cook:
  1. Put 2 T. olive oil in a skillet.
  2. Heat the skillet over medium heat.
  3. Using a slotted spoon, place the chicken in the skillet. Cook slowly, stirring often until chicken is done (about 4-5 minutes).
  4. Add the remaining 4 oz. of Sioux Z Wow and reduce for another few minutes.
To Serve:
  1. Place in a serving bowl and garnish with a sprig of cilantro.
  2. Put the warm tortillas in a tortilla basket to stay hot.
  3. Arrange the basket, bowl of chicken and other ingredients so your guests can build there own gourmet tacos.

To Marinate:
  1. Wash catfish fillets and pat dry.
  2. Place in a zip top bag with 10 T. Sioux Z Wow. Secure bag closed & coat all sides. Marinate 2-3 hr.
To Cook:
  1. Grill or broil catfish, adding more Sioux Z Wow after turning.
  2. Cook about 5 min. per side. Place on paper towels to drain. Then place in foil to keep warm.
To Assemble Tacos:
  1. Line up small containers of each ingredient and:
  2. Spread 1/2 T. mayo on each tortilla. Line each tortilla with a few basil & cilantro leaves. Add Sioux Z Wow catfish down the center of each tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle & place on each; green onions, ginger, tomatoes, cabbage & red pepper.
  4. Squeeze lime juice over each assembly & scatter Feta cheese over each. Drizzle a bit more Sioux Z Wow across the top.
To Serve:
  1. Roll each into a cone & serve with refried beans and rice. For a special treat, serve with Sioux Z Wow Black Beans or Sioux Z Wow Sassy Black Bean Salsa.Ole`!
