04 Aug Mushroom Pate’
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Button Mushrooms
- 1 in. Fresh Ginger peeled & chopped
- 4-5 T. Sioux Z Wow Marinade
- 6 oz. White wine or Cognac
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions
To Cook:
- Wash mushrooms and quarter. (You can use the already sliced mushrooms).
- Combine all ingredients except Parmesan. Saute on med. heat until ‘shrooms release their juices.
- Cook uncovered on low 30-40 min. or until juices are almost completely re-absorbed.
- While hot, place in a food processor with the Parmesan. Process until pate' is smooth.
To Serve:
- Serve hot or chilled with crackers, toasts or zucchini squash cut in rounds.
