Instructions
To Marinate:
  1. Mix Sioux Z Wow, olive oil and beer in a zip top bag.
  2. Add cubed beef, peppers and onion and marinate 3-4 hours at room temp.
To Grill:
  1. Thread beef, peppers and onions alternately onto each skewer.
  2. Grill over hot coals for 4-5 min./side. (To bring up the 'fire', baste with more SZW!)
To Serve:
  1. Serve with a crisp green salad

To Marinate:
  1. Place tri-tip in a zip lock bag and add Sioux Z Wow. ♥Sioux Z’s secret: for any large piece of meat, marinate for 3-4 days!
Tip 1, Gas Grilling:
  1. Preheat 2 burner gas grill. Turn one side off and put tri-tip on that side, fat side up. Cook 45 min. with lid down.
Tip 2, Charcoal Grilling:
  1. On charcoal grill, place briquets on sides of the kettle and put a drip pan in the middle to catch fat and keep briquets in place.
  2. When briquets are hot place tri-tip in center of grill, fat side up. Cook 45 min. with lid on and all vents open.
Tip 3, Oven Baking:
  1. Preheat oven to 500F. Put tri-tip in for 15 min. and then turn down to 350F for another 25-30 min.
To Serve:
  1. Slice diagonally, into 1/2" slices, across the grain of the meat. Serve with a baked potato, Mushroom Poppers and a green salad.

Sweet Balls O’ Fire

Course: Appetizer, Main Dish

Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs. Ground Meat (Turkey, Lamb or Beef)
  • 2 C. Sioux Z Wow Gourmet Marinade
  • 1 C. Seasoned Breadcrumbs
  • 1 C. Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 C. White wine or chicken broth

Method
 

To Make:
  1. Mix ground meat with 1 cup of Sioux Z Wow. Add bread crumbs and blend well. Add Parmesan and blend again.
  2. Preheat oven to 350F.
  3. Form 1” balls with a meat baller or by hand and place on a cookie sheet lined with foil.
  4. Cook meatballs for 15 minutes. Drain on paper towels. At this point the balls can be frozen for future use.
To Serve:
  1. In a sauce pan or chaffing dish, stir together and bring to a simmer, 1 cup of Sioux Z Wow and 1 cup of wine or broth. Add meatballs. (thawed if frozen).
  2. Heat thoroughly then pour into a serving bowl and serve with toothpicks plus plenty of napkins!!

Ingredients
  

  • lbs. Beef, Turkey or Lamb Ground
  • 1 cup Sioux Z Wow Chile Marinade
  • ¾ cup Oats uncooked
  • ¼ cup Onion chopped
  • ¾ t. Black Pepper
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

To Make:
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
To Cook:
  1. Pack firmly into a loaf pan and bake 1 ¼ hours.
  2. Remove and let stand 5 min. before slicing.
To Serve:
  1. For more zest drizzle Sioux Z Wow over each serving.

  • ¾ cup Oats uncooked
  • ¼ cup Onion chopped
  • ¼ t. Pepper optional
  • ½ cup Sioux Z Wow Marinade
  • 1 package Whole Wheat Buns toasted

Method
 

To Make:
  1. Combine all ingredients and form patties.
  2. Grill on hot coals or broil for about 3-4 min. per side.
To Serve:
  1. Serve on toasted buns with plenty of condiments: lettuce, onion, mustard, ketchup, & of course more Sioux Z Wow! YUMMY!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Veal Chops 6-8oz. each
  • 8 oz. Demi-Glace
  • 8 oz. Sioux Z Wow Marinade

Method
 

To Marinate:
  1. Prepare Demi-Glace and mix in Sioux Z Wow.
  2. Place in a zip top bag with chops for 2 hrs.
To Cook:
  1. Remove chops from bag and grill about 4 min. per side, (depending on thickness).
  2. Baste with marinade mixture.
To Serve:
  1. Heat the remaining marinade mixture to garnish chops on plates.
  2. Serve with rice pilaf.

  • 3 lbs. Turkey, Lamb or Beef Ground
  • 2 cups Sioux Z Wow Marinade
  • 1 cups Seasoned Bread crumbs
  • 1 cups Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cups White wine or chicken broth

Method
 

To Make Meatballs:
  1. Mix ground meat with 1 C. Sioux Z Wow. Add breadcrumbs and blend.
  2. Add Parmesan and blend. Form 1” balls with melon baller or spoon.
  3. Bake on a cookie sheet at 350F for 30 min.
To Serve:
  1. In a saucepan or chafing dish, stir together 1 C. Sioux Z Wow and wine or broth.
  2. Add meatballs.
  3. Heat thoroughly. Garnish (chopped fresh parsley, mint or oregano) and serve with toothpicks. (Even easier use frozen meatballs).

Beef Steak with Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 lb. 3” Boneless Sirloin Steak
  • 1 C. Sioux Z Wow Marinade
  • 3 T. Butter melted
  • 3 T. Worcestershire
  • ¼ C. Brown Onion chopped
For Mushroom Sauce
  • 1 lb. Fresh button mushrooms cleaned, trimmed, sliced
  • ¼ C. Sioux Z Wow Marinade
  • 1 C. Heavy Cream
  • 2 T. Butter
  • 1 T. Worcestershire

Method
 

To Cook:
  1. Preheat oven to 450F.
  2. Put steak in oven proof skillet and sear on all sides on stove top or under broiler.
  3. Combine butter, Sioux Z Wow, Worcestershire and onion and pour mixture over steak.
  4. Bake uncovered 25 min. for rare.
For Mushroom Sauce:
  1. While the steak is baking, saute mushrooms in butter (2 min.) until lightly browned.
  2. Add Worcestershire, Sioux Z Wow, and cream and cook over med. heat until slightly thickened (about 15 min.).
To Serve:
  1. Remove steak from oven. Let stand for 2-3min. S
  2. lice and serve with mushroom sauce over the top.

Beef Roast Made Easy or Pork Roast Made Easy

Ingredients
  

  • 1 3lb. Roast pork or beef, frozen
  • 1 Btl Sioux Z Wow Marinade
  • 2/3 C Beef Broth

Method
 

To Cook:
  1. Preheat oven to 250F.
  2. Line a small roasting pan with foil. Place frozen roast in pan.
  3. Pour Sioux Z Wow over roast. Add broth and cover with foil.
  4. Place in oven and cook all day (8+ hrs). (Note: This is even easier cooked in a crock-pot.)
  5. When you get home, dinner’s ready and the house smells great!
To Serve:
  1. Remove from pan or pot and let stand a few min.
  2. Carve slices about ½” thick. Spoon extra sauce over slices and moan with pleasure.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs. Pork boneless cutstrips (For a twist use, 2lb. of lamb or beef).
  • 8-12 T. Sioux Z Wow Marinade
  • 20 Bamboo skewers
For Peanut Sauce:
  • 6 T. Sioux Z Wow Marinade
  • 3 T. Peanut Butter creamy or chunky
  • 2 T. Rice Wine Vinegar

Method
 

To Marinate:
  1. Cut pork into lengthwise strips. Marinate in SZW for at least 1 hour.
To Cook:
  1. Thread strips onto bamboo skewers, then twist to make spirals. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 4-6 min. per side.
To Serve:
  1. Serve with more Sioux Z Wow or “Thai-This” Peanut Sauce for dipping.
To Make Peanut Sauce:
  1. Whisk ingredients together until well blended.
