To Make:
  1. Heat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Wash the potatoes and pat dry with paper towel. Rub potatoes with butter on all sides and bake for 1 hour.
  3. Mix together the tomatoes, onion, tomato juice olive oil, Sioux Z Wow and oregano. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Set aside while potatoes finish baking.
To Assemble:
  1. When the potatoes are done, cut them in half lengthwise and crush the 'meat' with a fork.
  2. Top with the tomato mixture generously. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and place in the oven at 500 F for 3 min.
To Serve:
  1. While piping hot,serve with a green salad and your favorite cold beverage.

To Make:
  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  2. Melt butter. Add onion and saute' 3 minutes. Stir in flour,salt pepper.
  3. Add milk. Whisk continually while bringing to a simmer and simmer 1 min. Remove from heat. Stir in rice, feta, egg & whites , spinach and Sioux Z Wow.
To Bake:
  1. Spray a pie plate with olive oil. Pour batter into pie plate and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  2. Bake 35 min. or until center is firm.
  3. Broil for 2 min. to brown top.
To Serve:
  1. Remove from oven, cut into wedges. Place on a plate and serve piping hot!

To Cook Beans:
  1. Put all Soup ingredients in a large saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 1 ½ hr. or until beans are tender.
  2. Once beans are done, use a hand held wand blender or transfer to a regular blender to puree.
  3. Soup can be made well in advance and held in refrigerator.
To Serve:
  1. Heat soup to simmer. Serve hot in individual bowls.
  2. Garnish with a dollop of sour cream, a sprinkle of sliced green onion.
  3. Top with 1 T. of sherry or set a pretty shot glass with the sherry in it next to each bowl for your guests to add.

For The Perfect Peel:
  1. Put eggs in a sauce pan and cover with cold water to 1” above eggs.
  2. Bring to a boil. Then cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 10 min.
  3. While the eggs sit, make a bath of ice water.
  4. Transfer eggs to ice water and let sit for 5 min.
To peel:
  1. Remove egg and crack shell all over. Shell should peel off in nearly a continuous spiral.
To Make the She Deviled Eggs:
  1. Cut a little piece off the top and bottom of each egg and then cut the egg in half.
  2. Remove the yolks to a bowl. The egg cups will now sit up for filling.
  3. Add the Sioux Z Wow Marinade to the bowl, add Mayo and mix well.Gently fold in green onions.
  4. Fill each egg half with She Devil mix and chill for 1hour. To Serve: Place eggs on a garnished plate and serve cold.

To Prepare Portobellos:
  1. Place them in a zip top bag. Add 1 cup of Sioux Z Wow Marinade. Make sure all the mushrooms are coated.
  2. Set aside for 1+ hours. Add olive oil just before grilling.
To Make Sauce:
  1. Whisk together ½ cup Sioux Z Wow marinade with ½ cup of mayonnaise.
To Make Portobello Platters:
  1. Remove the mushrooms from the marinade bag and grill on a medium hot grill for 3-4 minutes per side.
  2. Then place the grilled mushrooms on a foil covered baking sheet, stem side up and generously spoon on the Sioux Z Wow Silk sauce.
  3. Now add the sliced tomatoes and the shredded cheese.
  4. Decorate the top with confetti peppers. Turn on the broiler and broil for 3-5 minutes.
To Serve:
  1. As appetizers, slice the Portobello Platters like pizza for great finger food.
  2. As a vegetable side, serve whole with beef, pork or chicken.
  3. As a vegetarian main course, plate 2-3 and garnish with chopped scallions and accompany with cornbread or polenta.

  1. In a skillet, over medium heat, bring 2oz each of chicken broth and wine to a simmer.

To Make the Orange Ginger Sauce:
  1. In a saucepan, combine all ingredients except bourbon. Bring to a boil, stirring regularly.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 40 min. Let cool and then stir in bourbon.
To Make Pumpkin Soufflé:
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Place pumpkin in mixing bowl. Whisk in milk and butter.
  3. Whisk in eggs one at a time. Whisk as you slowly pour in 1 Cup of your Orange Ginger Sauce.
  4. Pour batter into a buttered baking dish.
To Cook:
  1. Bake at 350 for 30-40 min., (center is firm when done).
To Serve:
  1. Garnish top with crystallized ginger and strips of orange zest.
  2. For an aromatic treat, drizzle lightly with bourbon.
  3. Serve hot.

To Make:
  1. Cut off top ¼ of onion and peel off some of paper. Cut off bottom roots to make onion sit evenly.
  2. Cutting from top, slice halfway into the onion as if cutting a pie into 6 or 8 pieces.
  3. Soak onions in beer for 1 hour. (Chicken Broth or Wine may be used instead for the soak).
To Cook:
  1. Place onions cut side down indirectly over hot coals. Put lid on grill and cook for 45 min.
  2. Turn onions over and spread to look like a blossom.
  3. Spread 1 T. of Butter into each onion. Paint Sioux Z Wow over entire onion and let sit on the grill face up for 10 min.
To Bake
  1. Place onions face up in a baking dish. Paint Sioux Z Wow liberally over each.
  2. Top with butter. Cover with foil and bake at 425 for 1 hour or until tender.

Preheat
  1. Oven to 350F
To Make:
  1. Mix the Salt and Pepper. Melt the butter in a skillet over med. heat.
  2. Add Sioux Z Wow, Sugar & Water and stir until sugar dissolves.
  3. Add Almonds. Cook over med. heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens (about 5 min.) and sauce is sticking to nuts.
  4. Sprinkle in half Salt & Pepper mix and stir.
To Roast:
  1. Line a baking sheet with foil and coat lightly with butter
  2. Now transfer the nut mixture to the baking sheet.
  3. Work quickly, using a rubber spatula, to separate the nuts on the sheet. Sprinkle with the remaining Salt & Pepper mixture.
  4. Bake until golden brown, (approx. 10 min.).
  5. Remove from oven and place baking sheet on a cooling rack to cool.
  6. When cool, you can use your hands to break up the spicy nut sheet into bite size pieces.
To Serve
  1. Serve with a bottle of nice Champagne. These also make an enticing hostess gift.
