Instructions
To Marinate:
  1. Put turkey tenders in a zip top bag and add ½ C. Sioux Z Wow.
  2. Marinate for 1+ hr.
To Cook:
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Place tenders in a foil lined baking dish.
  3. Whisk all the glaze ingredients together until throughly blended.
  4. Spoon ½ over the tenders. Cover with foil and bake 25 min. just beyond pink.
To Serve:
  1. Remove from oven and let rest a couple of minutes.
  2. Place tenders on a cutting board and slice ¼” slices on the diagonal.
  3. Serve with the remaining Amazing Glaze.

Instructions
To Marinate:
  1. Clean pork roast. Place in large zip lock bag. Pour Sioux Z Wow and bourbon over roast. Close bag, removing as much air as possible.
  2. Then rub marinade over entire roast. Let marinate in refrigerator overnight. Note: 3-4 days is optimal.
To Cook:
  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Remove roast from bag and place in a baking dish. Cover with a foil tent leaving 2” air space.
  3. Bake 20 min. per lb. basting periodically with Sioux Z Wow.
To Brown:
  1. Remove tent for last 20 min.
  2. Use a meat thermometer (160-165F) to insure doneness.
  3. Let stand 10 min. before carving.
To Serve:
  1. For Dinner Party, place on a platter and garnish for carving at the table.
  2. For Cocktail Party, dice and toothpick. Serve both with Sioux Z Wow Chutney.

To Marinate:
  1. Cut the lamb into six equal portions.
  2. Place in a zip top bag with Sioux Z Wow and marinate from 1-3 days.
To Assemble:
  1. Paint a circle in the middle of each parchment with olive oil.
  2. Place a slice of onion in the center of each parchment. Top with lamb portion, allowing Sioux Z Wow to generously accompany the meat.
  3. Stack peppers, carrots and cheese on the meat and top with rosemary.
  4. Loosely gather the edges of the paper together, encapsulating every morsel.
  5. Sprinkle lemon juice and a ½ T. of wine into each ensemble.
  6. Now twist the top firmly together and tie securely with butcher’s string, finishing with a bow.
  7. Brush each parcel with oil and nestle them in a shallow baking pan.
To Cook:
  1. Bake the packets in a preheated 325F oven for 1-½ hours.
To Serve:
  1. Serve the parcels as an unopened gift. Watch and enjoy your guest’s delight.

To Cook Ham:
  1. Preheat oven to 325 F.
  2. Place the ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Insert meat thermometer into center, away from the bone.
  3. Bake until internal temp. is 130 F (about 2 hours).
To Make Glaze:
  1. Combine all ingredients (except cloves) and bring to a boil while stirring.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered approx. 40 minutes until the glaze measures about 1 cup.
To Finish Ham:
  1. Take ham from oven.
  2. Using a sharp knife, lift off skin. Make diagonal 1 1/4 inch cuts into fat to form diamond pattern. Stud with whole cloves.
  3. Brush ham well with the glaze. Put ham back in the oven for another 25 minutes, basting with the glaze at least twice more.
To Serve:
  1. Remove ham and let rest 10 min. before slicing.
  2. Slice ham to desired thickness and plate or serve hot on a platter garnished with herbs. Serve with other holiday faire.

To Marinate:
  1. Dice the chicken and place in a zip top bag. Add 4 oz of Sioux Z Wow. Close the bag and move the chicken around to cover all surfaces.
  2. Let marinate for 1-3 hours refrigerated.
To Prepare:
  1. Clean and arrange in serving bowls: lettuce, onions, cheese, tomatoes, basil and cilantro.
  2. Prepare the tortillas by warming in the oven or microwave while cooking the chicken.
To Cook:
  1. Put 2 T. olive oil in a skillet.
  2. Heat the skillet over medium heat.
  3. Using a slotted spoon, place the chicken in the skillet. Cook slowly, stirring often until chicken is done (about 4-5 minutes).
  4. Add the remaining 4 oz. of Sioux Z Wow and reduce for another few minutes.
To Serve:
  1. Place in a serving bowl and garnish with a sprig of cilantro.
  2. Put the warm tortillas in a tortilla basket to stay hot.
  3. Arrange the basket, bowl of chicken and other ingredients so your guests can build there own gourmet tacos.

To Cook:

To Marinate:
  1. Cut each shrimp with scissors down the back & devein.
  2. Spread shell but keep attached.
  3. Place in zip top bag. Marinate in 8 T. SZW for 2 hrs.
To Prep:
  1. In a sauté pan, heat oil & 2 T. of SZW. Sauté onion and red pepper 2-3 min.
  2. Add artichoke hearts & water chestnuts. Mix well & heat through.
  3. Add breadcrumbs & Parmesan cheese. Remove from heat.
  4. If dry, add 1T. artichoke marinade. Add parsley & bacon. Mix well.
To Assemble:
  1. Spread shrimp shell & place a spoon of stuffing into either side. Gently press shell together.
To Cook:
  1. Place on a baking sheet and cook under broiler for 5 min. (shells will turn pink).
To Serve:
  1. Serve as appetizers or as an entree on a bed of yellow rice with garlic green beans & a good Bordeaux.
