04 Aug Basting Butter for Veggies, Grilled Meats and Seafood
Ingredients
- 1 T. Sioux Z Wow Marinade
- 1 T. Fresh Rosemary chopped
- 1 T. Butter
- 1 Shallot thinly sliced
- ¼ lb. Butter room temp

Instructions
To Make:
- Melt 1 T. butter & saute shallot & rosemary till shallot is soft.
- Add Sioux Z Wow & blend.
- Take from heat. Bring to room temp.
- Whip SZW mixture into soft butter.
Serving Suggestions:
- Place a pat of Sioux Z Wow Basting Butter on asparagus and enjoy.
- It is also a treat with steamed green beans or broccoli, or when grilling Steak or Chops.
- Great brushed on Chicken, Halibut or Ahi.
