13 Jul Grilled Japanese Eggplant
Ingredients
- 20 Japanese Eggplants
- 1 cup Sioux Z Wow Marinade
- 2–3 tbsp Olive oil
- 5 Green Onions for garnish

Instructions
To Marinate:
- Slice each eggplant into 4 equal length wise sections leaving them attached at the stem.
- Combine with Sioux Z Wow and Olive Oil and marinate in a zip top bag 30 minutes.
To Cook:
- Prepare a medium hot grill.
- Remove the eggplants from the marinade and place on the grill so that the slices are spread out. Grill until done turning frequently.
To Serve:
- Serve hot off the grill. Or, arrange the eggplants on a platter and chill. Paint with a light coating of Sioux Z Wow.
- Garnish with sliced green onion.
