04 Aug Haricot Verts Baby Green Beans with Red Peppers
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Green Beans French cut
- 5 qts. Boiling Water
- 6 T. Sioux Z Wow Marinade
- 1 T. Butter
- ½ cup Red Peppers diced

Instructions
- Blanch green beans in boiling water for 1 min.
- Drain and plunge into ice cold water to stop the cooking.
- Melt butter in a sauté pan. Add Sioux Z Wow and stir.
- Add peppers and green beans and stir gently, coating all sides.
- Cook for several min. until beans are glazed.
- Serve immediately.
