31 Jul Sea Bass baked with White Wine & Tarragon
Ingredients
- 2 lb. Sea Bass
- 10-12 T. Sioux Z Wow Marinade
- 1/4 Cup White Wine
- 1 Lemon cut in wedges
- 4 Sprigs Fresh Tarragon
- 1 Reynolds Oven Bag

Instructions
To Make:
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Rinse fish and pat dry. Place in oven bag. Pour in wine and Sioux Z Wow.
- Place in a baking dish and bake for 30 min.
To Serve:
- Cut bag open and plate fish with juices over cooked rice.
- Garnish with fresh tarragon and lemon wedges.
